A personal script, not a company

second brain claudio is a set of local scripts that run on one person's own computer, reading and organizing that same person's own notes, articles, videos, and email into a private Markdown vault. It has exactly one user: the person who built it. It is not distributed, not offered to other people, and has no sign-up.

This page exists because Google's OAuth consent screen requires a reachable privacy policy and terms link for any app requesting Gmail access — including a private script used by its own author.

What it reads, and why

The tool connects to one Google account — the developer's own — to watch a single address for new mail, follow links and attachments the developer sent to himself, and file a done-label once a message has been processed.

• gmail.modifyApply a "done" label to a thread once it's been processed, so it isn't re-processed.
• gmail.sendSend a summary email back to the developer's own inbox — the tool's only outbound mail.

Where it goes, and where it doesn't

Everything the tool reads is processed on the developer's own machine and written to a private, local Markdown vault that only he has access to. Nothing is uploaded to a shared server, sold, or made available to any other person or company.

• No third party ever receives this data — not for advertising, analytics, resale, or any other purpose.
• No account beyond the developer's own is ever connected or read.
• Text may be sent to Gemini or Anthropic APIs solely to generate a summary, under those providers' own standard API terms — never to any other destination.
• Access can be revoked at any time from Google Account → Security → Third-party access.

This software is provided as-is, for its author's personal use only, with no warranty of any kind and no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. It is not offered for use by anyone else, and carries no commercial terms because there is no commercial relationship — there is only one user, running his own code, on his own machine, over his own mail.
